Here is my second attempt at making a tasty almond snack! Way less burnt this time. Although someone did come up to me and told me that they were reaching “the burning stage” at one point. But they aren’t BURNT. Just delicious.
- Olive Oil
- Curry powder
- Ground ginger
- Sriracha sauce
- Put some almonds in a bowl and pour just enough olive oil over them to coat.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of curry powder on top.
- Add some ground ginger.
- Add some Sriracha sauce.
- Toss into a large saucepan on medium heat.
- Toast until fragrant – but not dark brown.
